First steps in the PreVu3D application
Application generalities
Once you started the application, you may select the length unit that will be used in the application. You can also choose the quality settings. If your computer only meets the minimal requirements, you should probably choose Low for the application to run smoothly.
These settings can later be changed in the application settings menu.
Tutorial
When you launch the application for the first time, a tutorial will quickly show you how to use the interface. You can get more information by clicking on the top left button which will automatically redirect you to this documentation.
This tutorial is dismissed after clicking once anywhere in the application.
You can see this tutorial again at any time by clicking the Help menu and selecting Quick tutorial.
Navigation basics
You will notice the navigation menu at the bottom left of the screen, this menu allows you to explore your space with multiple navigation modes such as free-view mode or third-person mode.
To navigate in your space, simply drag-and-drop the circle representing the navigation mode to the location you want to land in the environment :

on the navigation mode you want to land to the point below you.
Once you landed at the desired place with the navigation mode you chose, you can move freely by switching from editor to navigation controls by using the mouse right-click

It is imperative to understand that, to navigate freely using the navigation mode you chose using the above keys, you must switch from editor to navigation controls using the
mouse right-click
. You can acknowledge if you are using navigation controls by checking if the toolbar at the right and your mouse cursor are hidden.
